The "Contact Us" page on Reed Tinsley's website originally displayed only the firm's phone number and mailing address.
The addition of a form promising a prompt response encouraged more visitors to contact the firm and resulted in a sharp increase in prospective client inquiries and other opportunities such as speaking engagements.
All visitors who submit the form immediately see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email. The contact information is stored in a database where it is accessible to the firm's administrator 24/7 for followup.
Reed Tinsley also implemented an extranet to enable clients to upload large files for their accountant's review to a secure site.
