Online forms have many uses on law firm websites. They can be used to create (i) online RSVP forms to register clients and other contacts for events, (ii) email newsletter subscription forms, and (iii) contact forms to capture leads via a "Contact Us" page (see screenshot to right).
Our automated forms creation tool allows law firms to quickly and easily build online forms on-the-fly and add them to their websites. Forms can have up to 50 fields in a variety of formats, including text, radio buttons, checkboxes and drop down menus. Individual fields can be made required, or not required (with validation of such items as correct email addresses).
When site visitors complete and submit a form created with our application, four things happen:
One: A branded, professional confirmation message displays on the screen,
Two: A "Confirmation Email" is sent to the individual who submitted the form. This email can be personalized and contain promotional messages with "live" links to multiple web pages.
Three: a notification email is sent to your site adminstrator.
Four: The information submitted with the form is stored in a database (see screenshot to right). The information can then be exported to Excel for various purposes (e.g., creating name tags for events or supplying leads to attorneys for business development purposes).

Our extranet application offers attorneys and their clients the ability to upload and download confidential documents -- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week -- through a secure, web-based interface featuring permission-based folders. Collaborative document sharing through an extranet eliminates the need to transmit large and sensitive documents via unwieldy email attachments.
Features include:
- Restrict access to individual client folders by setting "permissions" through admin interface
- Upload or download files with a single click
- Email notification when a new file has been uploaded by a client.
- A "Public" folder that allows you to provide easy access to public documents via HTML links in emails or on your website.
- Access, share, or deliver files via web link, email attachment, or facsimile, using virtually any internet-connected device, including PCs, wireless PDAs, and internet-enabled mobile phones
- Apply your own private branding to the extranet interface.
